missingWrote a review on 14 Decsmelly roomcreaking sounds
I woudl've almost given this place a decent review, but the room was smelly and dirty, not to mention the creaking sounds keeping me up all night! Let's not forget how an upgrade would have been a nice gesture for my discomfort which clearly wasn't on the owners' radar. Just ludicrous!

The location was peaceful, perfect for a
Quiet retreat. I appreciated the early breakfast hours, which allowed me to start my day well. The room came with basic self-catering facilities, although there could be more surface space for my belongings.

Our room was comfy and huge and it came with shower, the tea and coffee. The location was ideal, just 5 min walk from a medieval church.

All the staff was amiable and helpful and greeted us warmly. The location was handy and excellent, a 10-15 minute walk from a medieval church. What's more, it was just next door to a roundabout, the city centre and the railway station.

The room was clean and well-appointed with basic amenities like a fridge and kettle. The room was quite small, and the noise from the nearby traffic occasionally disrupted the otherwise peaceful setting.

Breakfast served from 05:00. A hearty portion that sets you up for the day. Quiet location facing the back, no noise from other rooms.
The room was cramped. Older bathrooms in need of attention, and lights from the blinds let in too much morning glare.

the manager is really helpful and friendly but shower doors could stick sometimes.

missingWrote a review on 12 Augdog-friendly roomhuge cozy spacedamp bathroom smell
Very central and dog-friendly! My room was huge and cozy, with ample space for snacks. Proximity to shops and a lovely park across the street was good.
The city traffic was a tad too chatty, and the bathroom's idea of 'freshness' is questionable-damp smells aren't quite on my wishlist!

friendly staff but room could use updates
The owner and staff were warm and helpful. The room had a small fridge and kettle. I enjoyed the garden view, as it provided a lovely escape from the hustle of the city.
The room's decor felt a bit dated.
